Welcome to Hidden River Lodge! The Hidden River Lodge Condominium Association would like to take this opportunity to welcome you and provide building and resort information to ensure your stay at the Lodge is both enjoyable and memorable, helping you feel right at home. Please note that the Lodge is a privately owned property and is not affiliated with Keystone Resort as a condo or hotel.
Information Concerning Your Stay
Resident Building Manager: Jan Villamor
WiFi: The Association provides complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the building. No passcode is required.
Lobby Level: Ski Lockers, Recycling Containers, and Dumpster.
Hot Tub/ Deck: Hot tub, gas grill, and picnic table. The hot tub and sauna facilities are open from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Guest compliance with hot tub facility rules is mandatory to ensure the safety of all guests. Facility rules are posted around the area and are also included in the Summary of Association Rules for Homeowners and Guests available at the link above. Children under 18 years of age must be supervised by an adult 21 years or older—NO EXCEPTIONS.
Bicycle and Scooter Storage:
During the summer season, the Association provides bike racks around the building. Bike owners are responsible for bringing their own bike or scooter locks.
Quiet Hours: Hidden River Lodge observes a quiet hours policy daily from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests are expected to refrain from loud noises, talking loudly, running in hallways, and to keep music or television volume at a considerate level. This policy applies to all units and common areas, including the lobby, elevator, hallways, laundry facility, ski locker room, garages, rear deck, stairwell landings, and the front parking lot. For any quiet hours violations, please contact the Summit County Sheriff’s Office at (970) 668-8600.
Exterior:
The back of the building features a deck with picnic tables and gas grills. Guests are required to clean the grill grates and dispose of trash after use.
Issues in Unit: Please contact the
RENTAL management company or the owner you rented the unit from for issues with housekeeping, additional towels, or problems with the TV, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, stove, microwave, or dishwasher.
Emergency Issues in Unit: Call the Building Manager for lack of heat, water leaks, or electrical issues.
Common Area Issues: Call the Building Manager for issues with the hot tub facility, laundry facility, or gas grill.
Trash: Trash and recycling bins are located outside on the east end of the building. Please do not place trash on the ground in the enclosures or outside your unit.
Mountain House Village: Approximately a five-minute walk to the Peru Express Lift, Discovery Magic Carpet, restaurants, and shopping.

Parking at Hidden River Lodge: There is no assigned parking, and all spaces are first-come, first-served. One-bedroom units are allowed one car inside and one car outside, two-bedroom units are allowed one car inside and two cars outside, and three-bedroom units are allowed two cars inside and one car outside. Guests must register their vehicles with the Hidden River Lodge Parking System using the QR code on the refrigerator in their unit. Registration instructions should be provided by the unit owner or rental company. Vehicles not registered in the Hidden River Lodge Parking System may be booted or towed at the discretion of the building manager. Parking passes from rental management companies are not valid; guests using them without registering risk being booted or towed. Any damage caused to carports, ceiling framing, electrical or signal cables, plumbing, or overhead lighting by vehicles violating the height limit is the sole financial responsibility of the vehicle owner or rental vehicle operator.
For questions about parking, please contact the Building Manager. Overnight parking in all Mountain House lots is available through Keystone Resort for $25.
Trailer/Camper
parking is not permitted. Keystone Lodge allows parking of trailers and campers for a $25 per night fee (when occupancy permits).
